NDIA's real estate market is definitely witnessing a dramatic shift that is one of the most critical aspects of INDIA being showered by funds and FDIs at a highly favoured investment destination. FDI has emerged as a key growth driver for India's real estate industry over the past decade and a half. Liberalized regulations have attracted significant foreign capital flows which have supported the development of large-scale, modern real estate projects. This has helped meet the housing and commercial space demands of a booming economy. Going forward, continued FDI inflows will be important for the real estate sector to sustain its growth momentum and develop smart and sustainable real estate solutions.
